Production Workers

Are you an experienced Warehouse or Production Operator looking for your next opportunity? We are currently seeking reliable and hardworking team members to join a busy manufacturing facility based in Heathwood. These roles offer an immediate start, with an initial 6-week assignment and the potential for ongoing work for the right candidates.

Our client is one of Australia's leading bedding and sleep solution manufacturers, producing high-quality mattresses, bed bases, pillows and bedroom products that are supplied to homes, retailers and commercial customers across the country.

What's on Offer?

• Immediate start

• Initial 6-week assignment with the potential for ongoing work

• Monday to Friday roster

• 6:00am starts (finish times and any additional shifts to be confirmed)

• Heathwood location

Key Duties

• Order picking and preparing customer orders

• Dispatch and warehouse operations

• Foam lamination and folding foam layers

• Packing, labelling and quality checking products

• Loading and unloading materials

• Material handling and stock movement

• General production and manufacturing duties

• Maintaining a clean and safe work environment

About You

To be successful in these roles, you will have:

• Previous experience in a warehouse, manufacturing or production environment

• Experience in one or more of the following:

  • Production or process work

  • Foam lamination or fabrication

  • Order picking and dispatch

  • Packing and labelling

  • Loading and unloading materials

  • General warehouse duties

• The ability to perform repetitive manual handling tasks

• A strong work ethic and reliable attendance

• A commitment to workplace health and safety

• An LF Forklift Licence is advantageous but not essential
